Take a look at the source code for wino.

http://www.frank-buss.de/wxwindows/wino.html

wxsmtp worked for me after i created a dialog that derives from
public wxSMTPListener to handle setting the parameters and sending the email.

openGl screen refresh rate

Hello, I have an application that uses the wxGlCanvas for drawing a graph. The application works great on a Dell 8600 ( 1.5G Pentium M with 512M memory) with a NVidia Geforce FX Go5200 card. The refresh rate is about 0.2 seconds which is acceptable. But on a newer DELL 6000 ( 1.8G Pentium M with 1G ...

This is what I use to open a file in wxMSW. The only issue I have is that if my application is closed before the helper file is closed then i get a memory leak. void CMainFrame::OpenHelperFile(const wxString& filename) { wxFileName fname(filename); wxFileType *ft = wxTheMimeTypesManager->GetFile...

It helps if you post your code snippets.
couple of things to watch for:
when you delete an array it is not set to NULL.
it is safer to use std::vector or wxArray class, so you can check the size of the array before using it.

Mouse Click and wxStaticText: fixed

I do think that they should be passed to the exFrame: so that the wxFrame can decide if it wants to handle them. I fixed it by deriving a class wxClickText from wxStaticText #### int the wxClickText.h file class wxClickText : public wxStaticText { public: wxClickText(wxWindow *parent, wxWindowID id,...
